The Recruiting & HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the efficient recruitment and hiring processes. This position involves coordinating various HR functions, assisting in the recruitment of top talent, and monitoring employee integration into the organization.

Key Responsibilities - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Monitor the hiring process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork preparation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or recruitment with a law firm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
Benefits After converting to a permanent employee, the individual would be eligible for a discretionary bonus based individual and firm performance.

Finally, the firm observes 10 holidays and grants employees 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 10 paid vacation days (prorated first year).
