We have an immediate opening in our Technical Solutions Center for an experienced Network Solutions Engineer and looking for a helpful and enthusiastic individual to join our team located adjacent to the Irvine Spectrum.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Interface with Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing departments.
• Assist Engineering in defining and/or isolating product/firmware issues (as needed).
• Assist Engineering in new product/firmware development and testing (as needed).
• Creating and maintaining knowledge-based articles
• Provide a high level of support to customers, primarily Network Engineers, on all manufactured products including hardware, software, networking and cabling; ensure expeditious response to customer inquiries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or accredited school equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of exceptional work providing customer network support via phone or virtual meeting client.

· CCNA or working towards CCNA (preferred).

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Advanced ability to analyze and troubleshoot network and telecom issues quickly and effectively.

· Advanced ability to interface and work effectively with a wide variety of people; able to handle customer grievances with professional etiquette.

· Experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.

· Experience with networking authentication protocols LDAP, RADIUS, TACAS and 2FA.

· Experience with VPN and network routing/IP tables.

· Experience with network hardware/concepts including switches, hubs, routers, modems, servers, PCs.

· Experience with automating repetitive testing procedures via scripting languages such as Python, Power Shell and/or other scripting tools

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Exhibits flexibility and willingness to perform other duties as needed.

· Ability to work independently and establish priorities.

· Familiar with cellular networks-Internet of Things or Machine to Machine

· Familiar with Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS

· Familiar with RESTful API

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
