Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional sales manager with a proven track record to deliver sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will foster growth within our staff and work to develop team members. Candidates should have experience with appraising and acquiring inventory, managing salespeople, desking deals and helping with customer service. Job Responsibilities: * Appraising vehicles * Acquiring and selling inventory through auctions and outside sources * Streamline and monitor reconditioning process * Accurate pricing, marketing and merchandising of inventory * Manage sales opportunities: Utilize CRM to track internet leads, phone calls and walk-ins.
